🚚 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

United Kingdom (including mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man)
Selected International Destinations (subject to availability – see below)

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Note: As we operate as a drop shipping business, some items may ship directly from our suppliers. This may affect delivery times slightly, but we always aim to keep you informed along the way.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

Standard Delivery (Tracked): Processing times vary but we aim to sort and ship within 5–10 working days
Express Delivery: Coming soon!

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations, as we are a UK based business. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
International orders may take up to 15–20 working days depending on the destination.

📦 Multiple Items & Split Shipments

Some products may arrive separately, especially if they come from different suppliers. Don’t worry – you’ll receive tracking info for each package if available.

🚨 Delays & Tracking

We do our best to deliver on time, but occasionally delays may occur due to postal disruptions, customs, or supply chain issues. You can track your order via the link in your dispatch email.
